What the answers mean

The connector never mixes three different things up, and neither should an assistant reading it.

What you see	What it means	What to do
"Reconnect Freight Right"	The connection is gone — disconnected, or the account was deactivated.	Reconnect from your assistant's settings.
"Assistant access is turned off for this account"	Your administrator switched assistant access off. The connection is intact.	Contact Freight Right. There is no need to reconnect.
"This connection does not include the permission…"	The connection was made before this capability existed.	Reconnect and approve the updated list.
"Freight Right is temporarily unavailable"	A dependency is down. Nothing about your account changed.	Try again shortly.
"Freight Right is busy. Wait N seconds"	A limit or a capacity bound was reached.	Wait the number of seconds given.
"This offer changed since you read it"	The price moved between reading and confirming.	Price again and prepare a new booking.
"The answer did not reach us"	Your booking was sent, and Freight Right is being asked again for the outcome.	Read the operation again in a moment. Never prepare it twice.

Everything else — an invalid postal code, an unsupported lane, a cargo that needs a quote request — comes back as Freight Right's own message, in plain words, with the field that was wrong.
